Director of Events
Ben is one of the Founding Partners and Director of Events. Ben has worked in the live events industry for over 30 years and has a deep understanding of all the components needed to operate a live event. Ben manages the event operations team and has oversight of all live event operations. Specialising in licensing and stakeholder management Ben has delivered events for Proud in the UK, Europe, The USA, and West Africa. Prior to starting Proud Events Ben produced and promoted events such as Brixton Splash, Sydenham Festival and Pride in London. In 2014 he handed over the baton as Event Director for Pride in London, the capital’s largest one day event, before starting Proud alongside Harry. Ben’s involvement in the industry has run alongside a successful career as a Senior Leader in the charity and public sectors. Contact Ben at ben@proudevents.co.uk
